California Landmark acquired
this property in a joint venture with Goldrich and Kest Industries from
Wells Fargo Bank in 1996. The venture purchased 75 fully improved acres
of industrial land in the city of Oxnard, at the northwest corner of
Pacific Coast Highway and Rose Avenue.
