62 unit renovation and 16 new units constructed. Northridge This property
was acquired in 1994 after the Northridge earthquake. At the time of
acquisition the property was abandoned and 16 units were destroyed. Using
special Federal funds, California Landmark rebuilt the 16 units and
extensively renovated the remaining 62 units. The building has been a stable
part of the portfolio since that time. |
