feet of industrial buildings will be constructed at the southwest corner
of Rice Ave and Sturgis Ave. in the city of Oxnard. Currently in the
design phase, the project will include 5 buildings ranging from
approximately 14,000 square feet to 38,000 square feet for sale or
lease.
