The 150 bed Beverly Hills
Rehabilitation Centre required several years of planning and construction to
complete and meet strict OSHPD building regulations (including earthquake
codes). The Centre provides significant areas for the wellness of its guests
including rehabilitation simulation areas as well as speech and occupational
therapy spaces. The facility is designed to care for highly acute patients,
including those requiring medical gas (oxygen and suction), with the goal of
rehabilitating and sending patients home.
