Another Palms apartment complex from California Landmark Group
Just west of Motor Avenue in Palms, the wrapping off, and the finish line approaches for another mixed-use apartment complex from California Landmark Group‘s (CLG). Located on the former site of an auto body repair shop at 10412 Venice Boulevard, the project consists of an eight-story building which will feature 79 one-, two-, three-, four-, and five-bedroom apartments upon completion.
