California Landmark Group builds a mixed-use development across from Sony Pictures
Across the street from Sony Pictures Studios, wood framing is on the rise for a mixed-use apartment complex from California Landmark Group in Palms.
The project, which began work last year on the former site of the BTS Thrift Store at 10401 Washington Boulevard, will eventually consist of an eight-story building featuring 112 studio and one-bedroom apartments – including 15 extremely low-income affordable units – above 2,000 square feet of ground-floor commercial space and parking for 71 vehicles.
