The M1 development is currently 60 percent leased
Construction is officially complete for M1, a new multifamily residential complex from California Landmark Group in Silver Lake.
The project, billed as Silver Lake’s largest new apartment building in nearly a decade, replaced an automobile repair shop at 1221 N. Myra Avenue. The new six story building features 100 one-, two- and three-bedroom dwellings, along with several co-living suites.
