California Landmark Group has secured City Planning Commission approval for one of two development scenarios it is weighing for a site in Woodland Hills.
On June 26, the Commission approved density bonus incentive and project compliance for a new townhome complex at 21241 W. Ventura Boulevard. Plans call for the construction of a 196,000-square-foot development consisting of three-story buildings containing a total of 126 for-sale homes. Plans calls call for parking for 275 vehicles.
