Just south of the US-101 Freeway in Woodland Hills, an early 1970s office complex is set for redevelopment with housing, according to an application submitted in September to the Los Angeles Department of City Planning.
California Landmark Group, the Los Angeles-based development firm behind the project, is seeking approvals for a nearly four-acre property located at 21241 W. Ventura Boulevard. Plans call for razing the existing two-story, approximately 95,000-square-foot foot complex and its parking lot to clear the way for 111 single-family dwellings.
