Construction has topped out at California Landmark Group’s $30-million C1 development, which is targeting completion later this year.
The five-story building, located at 4210 Del Rey Avenue, will feature 68 live/work apartments in a range of one-, two-, and three-bedroom floor plans.
PK Architecture is designing the project, which will incorporate open-space amenities such as a fitness center, outdoor decks, and a rooftop pool.
The C1 project is one of six Del Rey apartment buildings in California Landmark Group’s portfolio, which also includes the $100-million G8 complex that is now rising to the north at 4040 Del Rey Avenue.
