G8 spans a 2.3-acre site touching Del Rey, Glencoe, and Beach Avenues. The T-shaped complex includes 230 studio, one-, and two-bedroom apartments in addition to 15,000 square feet of amenities. A small, publicly-accessible courtyard fronts Beach Avenue along the northern property line, and additional open spaces take the form of courtyards and a rooftop deck.
G8 is one of nearly a half-dozen housing projects built by CLG in the Del Rey neighborhood, following the recently-completed R3 and C1 apartments.
