California Landmark Group has completed construction of the SW, a mixed use apartment complex in Sawtelle Japantown.
Located at the northwest corner of Sawtelle Boulevard and La Grange Avenue, the project consists of a four-story edifice containing 88 studio, one-, and two-bedroom apartments, above 7,700 square feet of ground-floor retail space and a 120-car parking garage.
California Landmark Group has multiple developments in the works throughout the City of Los Angeles, including proposed apartment buildings in Palms, Silver Lake, and West Los Angels, and an under-construction project in Del Rey.
