The Container

“The Container” located at 13402 Beach Avenue is the gateway to the Marina Arts District. The property consists of an expanded and retrofitted two-story concrete block structure with an addition that mimics stacked shipping containers.

Once used as an industrial warehouse, “The Container” has been transformed into a sophisticated creative office campus. The Container was designed by OKB Architecture and the campus includes approximately 10,000 square feet of indoor/outdoor space along with 28 parking spots.
