Kristina Fielder // Vice President of Administration

In 1997, Kristina joined CLG where she assumed responsibility for day-to-day apartment management, leasing and remodeling, as well as directly working with the COO on project accounting. In growing with the company, Kristina has become integral in the acquisition and entitlement process and works closely with the City Council Offices, L.A. Housing Department and City and State Coastal Commission offices.

During the development and construction phase, Kristina is responsible for contract administration and construction accounting. Kristina also coordinates all government clearances, tax refunds and insurance bonds.

Once completed, Kristina is integral to the continued success of CLG projects. In “for rent” projects, Kristina oversees the property management activities of the company’s residential and commercial portfolio and is a liaison with CLG’s institutional partners. In “for sale” projects, Kristina acts as a liaison between HOA boards and management companies and assists in post construction customer service.

Kristina is a native of Venice where she attended Venice High School and continued her education at Santa Monica City College.
