This Art Deco Streamline Moderne
structure was originally constructed in the 1930’s to cater to the
burgeoning Hollywood actors, directors, etc. that desired a prominent luxury
residence. After being designated a historic landmark by the City of West
Hollywood Cultural Heritage Commission the redevelopment required 14 months
of painstaking repairs to the major building exterior (roof, windows,
ornamental wrought iron, stucco, paint, landscape) and interior (plumbing,
electrical, hvac, tile, cabinetry) systems.
Architect: (Original) Milton Black
Completion: October 2002.
