With the arrival of a tower crane, construction has kicked into high gear for G8, a $100-million mixed-use apartment complex from California Landmark Group.
Located on a T-shaped property at 4040 Del Rey Avenue, the project will consist of a podium-type building containing 230 studio, one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments with 25,000 square feet of office space and 15,000 square feet of common amenities.
Construction has topped out at California Landmark Group’s $30-million D1 development, which is targeting completion later this year. The five-story building, located at 4210 Del Rey Avenue, will feature 68 live/work apartments in a range of one-, two-, and three-bedroom floor plans.
